My Philosopy
I strive to treat everyone I encounter with dignity and respect. For my clients, I try to understand their situation, their concerns, help them through the process of litigation, and get the best outcome that I can.
Helping my clients recover as much of their health and function as possible is part of obtaining a good outcome. I try to help clients get the medical care that they need, and prefer moving the claim slowly to make sure that all of their injuries have been addressed. I have had multiple clients thank me for moving slowly, and not settling their case quickly, after they found there were additional health issues.
All clients deserve to receive timely and full communication. I strive to keep my clients informed of developments in their cases. Each client has the right to know the strengths and weaknesses of their case and the plan moving forward, so they can make informed decisions. My clients have a right to know what I am doing and why. I welcome clients in my office at any time, and unless I am in a meeting, a client can expect to meet with me. I enjoy seeing my clients and hearing from them on the phone.

I have an extended family in Denver, with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In 2003, one of my relative's children became ill with a brain tumor. While she was being treated at Children's Hospital, they asked family members to donate blood.
I began regularly donating at that time, and continue to do so. I have made over 35 donations for more than 20 liters of blood and platelets.
Usually, I donate platelets. While it takes a few hours to make a platelet donation, I may be saving or improving the lives of multiple children. Only a few hours of my time may be life or death for a child.

ETHICAL DINING IN ENGLEWOOD AND DENVER
Café 180 is a restaurant which serves lunch on a pay as you can basis. It is located at 3315 South Broadway, Englewood, CO 80113, a few blocks from my office. There are no prices on the menu. Instead, each diner may pay what they can afford, or what they choose. If a diner is unable top pay, he or she can work for an hour.
The food is delicious, and often organic. I enjoy volunteering in the kitchen, when I can. This allows me to share my love of cooking with others. My twelve year old daughter also loves to volunteer at Café 180, so it is a fun time for the two of us to spend together.
